The General Chiropractic Council released a dedicated page on the 20th March 2020 with information and advice on COVID-19. This page shows the is no scientific evidence that supports the view that spinal adjustment or manipulation may protect patients from contracting COVID-19, boost the immune system, or aid recovery from COVID-19.
