Appointment Cancellation Policy
To enable us to provide a 5 Star service, there is a cancellation policy enforced. Failure to attend any appointments at Chiropractic Health Centres hinders our ability to provide the best service to our clients, therefore rescheduling or cancellation of appointment(s) requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your cancelled appointment to emergency clients and those on our waiting list for their preferred times.
If less than 24 hours has been given to cancel an appointment, or a visit is missed without prior notification, the cancellation policy will be enforced. The first cancellation is excused; but a second time or thereafter will mean the full fee of the visit(s) will be collected. Additionally, if you miss more than 3 appointments, Chiropractic Health Centres reserves the right to discharge you from the practice.
Please note – If you are claiming from a private medical insurance company, they may not pay the cancellation fee and you will therefore be liable for this payment. Chiropractic Health Centres reserves the right to use discretion to consider waiving on exceptional circumstances such as critical emergencies or genuine illness only.
